[Oe List ...] Jewell family Celebration

It saddens me so much when I hear of the death of a colleage. I think it is
such an insight of the order to "celebrate the completed life." It is gift
that we understand death as part of life.
 
I will have Jim and your family in mind over these next days . . .
celebrating his well-lived and completed life.

The Jewell family is celebrating the completed of James Arthur Jewell who
died last night at home. While he had esophageal cancer, congestive heart
failure was the primary cause of death. A Celebration of Life and Death will
be held February 7 at 3 pm at The Brighton, the apartment complex where Jim
and Dorothea live. Details will be forthcoming.

. Jim was a Ranger Naturalist in Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado
for a number of summers. He had great passion for the role and place of the
Parks in our national life and was greatly concerned about their future.

Farmer.
