P.S. I can't believe I'm chiming in here.  I truly cannot pay attention to more than about 60 seconds of any televised sporting event.  My brain just can't do it.  But I am exceedingly amused by this topic!

I would like to remind the gathered congregation that there have been two 
excellent football matches today in the Africa Cup. Ghana beat Nigeria by 1-0 
and Egypt seems to be doing the same with Algeria. These are the semi finals. 
The final is in a couple of days. Big event in my neighbourhood in London.
