Jaime,
I don't have an Imaginal Education folder but suggest you have a look at Dan Pink's work. His book, A Whole New Mind: Why Right-Brainers Will Rule the Future, offers a fresh synthesis of what traits are needed to face the challenges of this "conceptual age." He has a new book, Drive, on what motivates us when the task is "non-routine" (which is most of the challenging and important work we face). See http://www.danpink.com/ for other resources. He used to be Al Gore's speech writer.

Another interesting person you might want to know is Sir Ken Robinson. His TED Talk is right up this alley, so to speak. http://www.ted.com/speakers/sir_ken_robinson.html

Neither Pink nor Robinson directly address the teaching of English but do provide important perspectives on imaginal education.

Imaginal Ed teachers:

Does anyone have in their Imaginal Education folder a list of English words (verbs, nouns and adjectives) associated with the five senses, emotions, thoughts and actions? Or any categorized list we might have used in our trainings? Or does anyone know if there is such a list on line?

Am trying to teach English to alien contract workers (pro bono) in Saipan and a list like that would come in handy.

Thanks.
