Hey Jim and Judy,

Although I feel as if we came across as blathering idiots, sitting there
impromptu in front of the Guernica hanging over our library fireplace a
couple of years ago, without proper attire (or makeup!) for the small, or
large screen, I think it's OK that you use whatever footage from the old
folks on Sanborn Road to enhance (hopefully) the story board that
ultimately will depict the corporate journey. So we will sign the LLP
release form and sent it along to you by snail mail.

And, of course, we hope you will once again come and spend some time with
us on your way to or from Nova Scotia. Your visit has become a kind of
annual late August/early September tradition for us. When it doesn't
happen, we feel deprived.

Your general itinerary in advance is always appreciated so we can block
out time for hosting you, catching up on news of all our kiddoes, and
this year perhaps chatting about how "The White Van" dynamic might be
replicated in Australia, India, Europe, Kenya, Korea, Micronesia, etc.
etc. -- such an important dimension to the qualitative research project
you have undertaken on behalf of our Order and Global Program Movements.

With love and appreciation for all you do to keep us connected,

Marilyn and Joe

Thanks to all of you for hosting us over the last several years and for
being willing to participate in our Legacy interviews. Judy and I are
gearing up for this coming summer, hoping to visit additional colleagues
and capture their stories. Of course, if you have some ADDITIONAL
stories, please let us know.

We are looking to find a home for this project that could keep it going
and are also exploring ways for it to "go global" -- to include
colleagues living in places where our white van cannot easily go . . .

In going through our files we are not able to find a release form signed
by you. Please fill out and sign the attached form and return it to us.
If you prefer not to give us permission to edit and use your video,
please write "No permission" on the form with your name, or send us an
email with that information

Some stories don’t have a clear beginning, middle and end. Life is about
not knowing, having to change, taking the moment and making the best of
it, without knowing what’s going to happen next. Delicious ambiguity.
