My partner, Grace Bell, is offering a tele-class or individual sessions working on one's relationship with food.  Grace uses the work of Byron Katie and her own experiences to facilitate this class. Announcing a new teleclass 
Too Much Not Enough: What if Your Relationship With Food Were 
Your Path to Peace---Would You Take It Away? 
starting on Monday, May 24th at 11:30 am 
Pacific time for 90 minutes, for 8 consecutive weeks. This is 2:30 pm Eastern time and 8:00 pm in Europe. The class is an in-depth examination into our most painful beliefs about food and eating. Fee is $325 US or $254 Euros. To register please send $50 US or

This class will be offered fairly soon as a weekend retreat, Saturday 10 am - 5 pm and Sunday 10 am - 5 pm in Seattle, Washington. This course also offered privately to individuals, 8 sessions $600 via telephone and $680 in person in Seattle.
