My partner, Grace Bell, and I are going to London.  We will be holding two events - a dance and a workshop.  If you know anyone in London who might be interested in either or both of these events, please forward them this email with the various attachments.

Dear Dancers,

Jon Elizondo and Grace Bell, dance facilitators, are traveling to  
London and will be offering a one-evening free-form dance on October  
30th in our unique style all the way from Seattle, Washington and the  
Pacific Northwest, USA. Please see the attached flyer for information  
about location and about Jon and Grace, the facilitators. We'll be at  
the Centre for Counseling and Psychotherapy BALLROOM, Beauchamp Lodge,  
2 Warwick Crescent, London, W2 6NE

Please RSVP (to gracebell at comcast.net) if you're interested, we'd love to meet people in London  and have a fabulous time dancing, and to know if we'll have enough  attendees to hold this dance---we don't know many people in London  (even though Grace was born there). Admission is simply suggested  donation £12 - £15.

Happy dancing, and we hope to meet you soon. FYI Grace is teaching a  
workshop (dancing for the mind!) on working with eating and food  
issues using the Work of Byron Katie. This flyer is also attached in  
case you or anyone you know might be interested.
