[Oe List ...] The Hereafter: Ageless wisdom

Lucille, I only know that when I thought I was going to die (my doctor
thought I was going to die) from a very large cancer in my colon 8 years
ago, I was immediately filled with great peacefulness and acceptance, and I
knew beyond doubt that there would be something else. In the weeks leading
up to surgery that removed the cancer and ultimately resulted in an
unexpected clean bill of health, I had come to look forward to whatever it
was that awaited on the other side, completely convinced that it would be
something wonderful and amazing-an adventure like nothing on earth (and I've
led a pretty adventurous life here on terra firma).

Subject: Re: [Oe List ...] The Hereafter: Ageless wisdom
Colleagues,
At 74, I have read enough that I am more and more convinced that
re-incarnation is a reality until we finally get it straight. And then we
either live on in bliss or ... I'm not sure where, how, or what that
positive alternative is, but it is not just for Christians, less still is it
just for Catholics as I was taught in catechism classes. Nor do I believe
in a hell down there for anyone. Living is hell for those who create it for
others and keep coming back. Although it's nothing I spend any time thinking
about, I am curious to hear what some others among us believe.
And for those of you who have not visited my website below, please do.
Grace and Peace here and hereafter,
Lucille Tessier Chagnon
