Jack, thanks much for this pull-together (and the triangles) re ICA future. 

Two things are immediately obvious: movement spirit is manifest again, and
so much is functionally in place ... even kairotic, "when an opening appears
which must be driven through with force if success is to be achieved" [ E.
C. White, Kaironomia, p. 13].

As ever ... these are the times, we are the people,

Dear Colleagues,

Attached is a document on my thoughts regarding the future of the ICA-USA
now that it has a Board of historically knowledgeable colleagues and a new
Director in Terry Bergdall.  I'm not sure this really needs to go to both
list-serves, but I'm doing so.  I'll let Terry and the Board decide if and
how they would like to structure dialogue on this topic.
