Thanks for the paper.  I too have found the energy transformed and since 
Marge and my daughter Lela are in the keystone community I am glad the 
landlord is re-energized as a community partner.

I find your paper provocative as we go into our ICA Global Dialogue in 
India in October.  Each ICA has been on its own journey for almost 20 
years, related yet unique and we are asking again the question of our 
commoness and our commitment.  What is the uniqueness, the "why" of ICA 
that is calling us locally and globally into service? What is the form 
of that service and the institution required to carry it forward?  What 
is the discipline or frame of the commitment?
