Hi Jack,
What a great piece of work!   Of course most of it came right out of your bones, 
but still creatively put.  I have not begun to piece together some dialoge or 
response, but I am certain we all will.  You are on the right track.

Dear Colleagues,

Attached is a document on my thoughts regarding the future of the ICA-USA now 
that it has a Board of historically knowledgeable colleagues and a new Director 
in Terry Bergdall.  I'm not sure this really needs to go to both list-serves, 
but I'm doing so.  I'll let Terry and the Board decide if and how they would 
like to structure dialogue on this topic.
