[Oe List ...] Archive Sojourn Adventure

Dear Colleagues:

Our plans are progressing for the October 10-November 12 Archives
Sojourn Month but we hope more of you will be able to participate
during the 5 weeks of the program.

We are getting ideas for focus of each week of the Sojourn but really
still need your  input of priorities you want to be included. Please
send ideas to Marge Philbrook at msphilbrook at gmail.com.

Register at the ICA webpage (www.ica-usa.org) soo we know the dates
you plan to be here.  Housing is $30 per night and food is $10 per
day.  Commuters also need to register even tho you aren't sleeping
here.

If you can’t come you may be able to make a small contribution so that
a colleague who might not be able to afford it can participate.
Several people have inquired about that.

Among those already planning to come are George and Wanda Holcombe,
Charles and Doris Hahn, Claire Whitney, Sally Fenton, Wendell and
Shirley St. John, Marshall Jones, Russell Wheelock, and David and
Margaret Scott.

We look forward to hearing from you and hope to see you during this
Fall Archives Sojourn.
