[Oe List ...] Salmon: Reply to Laurel

Laurel--
What are we looking for? To begin with something that is singable and is well-known by the very late Baby Boomers, and those is the generations that follow. This is the case if we are looking to address the Post-Modern generation. I'll be damned if I know what we can do with our High School population--it may well be how we learn to address their issues with Facebook, Tweeter, etc.
It is important that we get the chance to listen to them long enough to catch their drift. I've spent the last three years in this environment but I've never been intentional about having serious talks with them; except those with whom I need to make a mindful future.
I donknow! What do those who were asking for this information expect or are looking for?
    Bill

    Colleagues--
After my doing a bad case on Rap, I received the email from Tracy Longacre who noted that some of the new Christian music could be useful. Following up that line of thinking, I wonder if someone could take a serious look at that genre.
Then, watching the Country/Western Award Ceremony tonight (as long as I could stand it) some one could check out this genre as well; lots of young adults listen to this music.
        Inner Peace,
        Bill
If I wanted to "Check it out" what should I do? What are we looking for?

  blessings,
  Jann McGuire
