Donna McCleskey (LiDona Wagner), Sue Burdick and I began researching the
preschool curriculum in the fall of 1964. During the day we did day-to-day
substitute teaching in the public schools; then worked on the curriculum at
night.
Sometimes we took a day off from teaching to spend time at the library.
When the Addingtons joined the Order, Jim (James) joined our team and was the
only one of us who later actually taught in the preschool.
Shelley Hahn was in the first preschool group which I think started in the fall
of 1965.
The Addington children were probably part of the first year crew too.
