[Oe List ...] Another Time article

Obviously, I'm a little young to have a clue about exactly what decisions
were made when re: various Order funds. I believe, however, that the fund
to send couples overseas was from the time before we had any houses
overseas--mid 60s to early 70s. Not sure about that though.
As for whether children benefited from the college fund ... I can tell you
that I did, as did many of my peers. As for the 2nd generation people who
were much older or younger than me, I couldn't say. I don't know when the
"College fund" was started or when it was discontinued, if ever.
