Dear Frank,
Thanks very much for posting this on the listserve.

South Australia is very fortunate to now have Ray and his family back  
where Ray began his life journey. It has so many of the ingredients  
ready -made..... for the three foundational requirements needed to  
bring about  a civil society for the common good...we used to talk  
about.

As I remember the three---  Contextual re- education, Structural re- 
formulaton, and Spirit re-motivation.  I say best of all good wishes  
to South Australia and to Ray and his colleagues there...!
