Hi Woman Friends,
I had been sending these out individually but it's taking too much time so I'm sending it out in a group email.

I wanted to let you know that I am holding a Women's  Retreat Memorial Day weekend. Maggie  (from Liverpool, England who leads Sacred Circle Dance all over the world) and I would like to do that. We love women's retreats - they have a different energy. Science has revealed that when Women gather together an amazing thing happens. Oxytocin is released which creates a feeling of joy and even bliss and healing happens! Women are such a source of strength to each other. We nurture one another. And we need to have unpressured space in which we can do the special kind of talk and communing that women do when they're with other women. It's a deeply healing experience. Physically as well as emotionally, mentally and spiritually!

And it will be at - Mountain Light Sanctuary - which is a spiritual place with those vibrations and also it will be less expensive.  It's more rustic but charming. The cost will be between $165 - $195 ($30 less if you bring your own linens and towels) and it will include 6 delicious meals! I'm striving to keep the costs as low as I can. It will be from Friday afternoon - including arrival and settling in - to Sunday noon or so. 

It's 35 minutes from Asheville (and we will provide pick-up from the airport for a small fee) and probably about 30 minutes from my house. There is a creek and a river. Great location - I feel guided!

It's sure to be a magical event. We will do soul work, sacred circle dance, meditation, art and poetry - I'll be working it out and doing a flyer in a couple weeks. We will have a good balance between much time for solitary reflection  and journal writing in Nature by the water or in the gardens and group time, dancing, singing, sharing, talking. There should be room for about 10 to 12 participants so we'll see what unfolds.
