I think we can also legitimately say that the medium (method) is the message. It is the methodology that enables people to vision, discover and come to terms with limits, act out of freedom and responsibility etc. Those messages are entirely transparent and embodied in practical processes. We don't go around saying stuff like, " you are a free person", but people discover their existential freedom in these facilitated situations.
