Thank you, Susan.  I did not know John Johnston, but feel much gratitude for his life.  What a great picture of him on the tractor, such a hurray and openness to all that is!  As Kim Epley also joins the treasured colleagues whose time with us has ended, it reinforces urgency for those with ICA/EI/OE history to redouble efforts to make that legacy available to the future.  None of us will have forever to do what we can.

  Some of you may have known Joyce and John Johnston from the Houston Cadre.  I know Christina Welty and Sherwood Shankland and Sunny Walker will remember them.  I got Joyce's Christmas card enclosing the Service leaflet from John's funeral last September 23rd (see attached scan of the front with John's photo).
