Gene and Joyce Marshall have long been working on this but I don't know what ritual they use.

Inclusion of a weekly celebration during a dinner is an important piece of ICA-USA's emerging "service learning" program with university students. We experimented with a form for this during our last Board Meeting but don't have anything definitive to share at the moment. Our focus has been more on the dynamics (singing, conversation, etc) than a specific ritual.

I'm also interested to hear what others are doing in this regard.
