Hello George and colleagues,
As far as we have heard, the Aboriginal communities that have
experienced the worst of the flood waters are in North western New
South Wales. Toomelah, and Weilmoringle. These communities have been
moved to other safe places. There are also many Aboriginal folk who
live in other isolated communities- such as a place called Goodooga.
Families in Goodooga will be cut off for up to six weeks. Helicopters
fly resources into them, and do a drop.
We appreciate your asking very much, George.

In peace,
  Isobel Bishop.
