Marilyn, what a lovely and thoughtful note to Pricilla. Thanks, too, for 
ntroducing us to Wes McNair...read some of his poetry online and will read 
ore. Do you have a copy of "It"? That one doesn't seem to be on the net yet.

 It was immediately clear to me when you posted Rod's obituary so quickly
 that you and he had done your homework such that neither of you, nor your
 kids found yourselves unprepared.
 
 And thirdly, how lovely that you are giving -- indeed, offering up --
 Rod's treasured symbols of expenditure with the Santa Fe RR to "someone"
 who shares that passion as a "railroad buff."  I trust one of us, who
 knows someone, who has heard of someone..... will name that new "curator"
 of the symbols of a treasured history. How wonderful it would be if each
 of us could "pass forward" treasured artifacts to persons of the next
 generation for whom those items will be enjoyed and cherished for meaning
 that goes far beyond monetary value.
