Jack,

Thank you for letting us know about Bill's death -- such a shock as the
last word I recall was that he was soon to have bypass surgery.  I trust
some in our Order learned of this in time to be present at his memorial
service today.

Does anyone know if Barbara is still at Spring Mill Meadows, or if has
she returned home.

Yes, indeed, a fine and talented man has left our company. I know human
life is finite, but I experience a deep sadness each time a colleague
dies, even in the midst of giving deep thanks for having had the gift of
"connecting," for however brief a time.
