Fred died this afternoon and plans are now underway for an appropriate
celebration of his completed his life. 

Joe Thomas and Paul Schrijnen are assisting Fred's son, Lindsey, in making
arrangements. Tentative plans are to hold a Memorial Service in Florida for
family and friends in the area on Saturday, July 23. A larger Memorial
Service is being planned to occur at 4750 N. Sheridan Road in Chicago on
Saturday, July 30. More details about the specific schedules and venues for
these dates will be forthcoming.
