I always said that
with Fred's  stories
You had  to divide
by two and add one
to approximate reality.

Now I guess we'll
have to subtract  one
and multiply by two
To get a halfway
discent story.

Yes, I guess we'll all miss
the story teller---
And have a lot more
time on our  hands.
