[Oe List ...] Obituary: Donald Moffett

I was a member of the "North Shore Religious House" when it was first
formed. Charles and Pat Moore were the Priors. 

Don and Mary Warren kindly opened there house to us and we stayed there for
a time until a new location could be found. Thus began my friendship with
Don.

His contribution as a Guardian was immense. "The Guardians" had a mythic
quality to it, well backed by the dedication of those who were the
Guardians. As if we needed encouragement, The Guardians made us believe we
could change the world and we had protection and backing in doing so.

We feel very much blest having known Don.His towering and caring personality
was very comforting.

Don along with other North Shore Cadre played an important part in
researching
and designing the LENS program. 

We often think of the love and affection of the Moffetts ever since we came
to
Chicago.

You and the family will continue to be in our thoughts and prayers as we
celebrate the completion of the life of a great colleague.
