[Oe List ...] Another quote to identify

Perhaps Jean Anhouil?  Something like "there had to be one man to captain
the ship"  to seize the wheel (or whatever) when all else failed.....

I remember this as a quote from the original NINS  (New Individual and
New Society) circa 1971-2 (?) later dubbed LENS (Living Effectively in
the New Society) and then the subsequent morphs of the Consult Process
that became the LENS more recently known.

I'm guessing Mary Warren or Betty Hill would know the origin of this
quote.
