Dear Marilyn,
Thank you for giving us this news.
We remember David very affectionately here in Sydney, at the Sydney  
House - with Betsey.
We would like to send our loving prayers, to David, through you; if  
we may. We'll be centreing our prayers for David during next week.
Our love and thoughts are with you and dear Joe, and all our  
colleagues on the Journey.
