Thank you for the inquiry on the OEListserv.

I am responding regarding a direction some of the Ecumenical Institute
alumni are taking.  RS-1 was the critical depth "awakenment tool" of the
Ecumenical Institute in the 1960's and 1970's.  Many of us were nurtured and
journeyed within this context.

In the 1970's the Institute shifted focus toward a more dominant social
orientation and the ICA (Institute of Cultural Affairs) became the banner
under which we primarily worked.  This social development orientation and
focus has continued to be primary for many who still carry on with the good
work of the institute.  However, there have been fewer continuations and
expansions upon the initial depth-awakenment tools the Institute created in
the form of curriculum like RS-1, the Odyssey, the comprehensive curriculum
of the Academy, the New Religious Mode, etc.  Two notable exceptions include
the work of Gene and Joyce Marshall and the Realistic Living Institute
(www.realisticliving.org) and John and Lynda Cock and  the Profound Journey
Dialogue (http://johnpcock.homestead.com/Profound-Journey-Dialog--PJD-.html.
Both of these programs have done some excellent pioneering work and you may
wish to check them out for your purposes.

I wish to also bring your attention to the work some of us are doing in
extending the legacy of RS-1 with the curriculum of Interior Mythos
Journeys. Our effort is to package the same universal and unchanging message
of Truth in a global, 21st Century, contemporary, quantum
scientific package.   I will not attempt to expand upon this effort here
but will simply invite you to visit www.storywarrior.net click on
"Introduction" and watch the short opening video.  This will orient you to
the site and you should be able to navigate from there.  If you are
so-motivated, please register.  You may also appreciate some of the
