Dear Future leadership where ever YOU are, 
John was a great human being from the OE days to the times he brought consensus building to Lorne in New Brunswick Canada to his years in Germany John was always a beacon of light. He was always calm in his approach to the unreasonable stand he was for me and many in the order. John was an Iron man standing tall. We will all miss him.

Jonathan Stringham just rang to say that John died an hour ago 
He had suffered a lot over the past few days but been more peaceful today 
The family are sad but grateful he suffers no more 
The passing of a good man and great friend,
