[Oe List ...] The Seacords

I checked on Google and found a notice for the death of Richard E. 
Seacord, September 6, 2009. Same birthday as The Directory. Could not 
find an obituary. Also saw a real estate listing for a sale in 2011 
at Seacord's address in the DIrectory.

Maybe someone from Brussels kept in touch with them.
