[Oe List ...] History of EI and ICA

Interesting .......ICA was not known in Australia until 1974. EI was
formally invited in 1969.
What about Summer 84 when all those who had been volunteers for more than 2
years spent several weeks in Chicago.  Was the IERD the Int'l Exposition of
Rural Development & global conference was hosted in India on the list?
