Well, there has always been a standard dispensation for Protestant clergy who convert to Catholicism and want their ordination recognized that they can remain married to their wives. Both being considered sacred vows by the RC church, they're hard-pressed to force someone to divorce. . . Though they are supposed to "live together as brother and sister". ;-)

(My father is a divorced, remarried RC priest.)
