[Oe List ...] springboard list is now closed

I closed the springboard mailing list today. This list was originally 
started to support the springboard gatherings, but has been inactive 
in the last year or two. 

I have posted the list archives at http://springboard.wedgeblade.net.

I'm happy to keep on managing the oe and dialogue lists (with the 
help of a few of your colleagues) and wedgeblade.net site. One 
project I have in mind is harvesting some of the more interesting 
discussions that have taken place on the mailing lists and place the 
content of the discussions at wedgeblade.net where they are a bit 
more accessible than in the list archives.

I hope everybody is doing well. Susan is well and truly retiring 
after this school year. I haven't decided yet, but am contemplating 
September 30.
