[Oe List ...] Redefining FAITH

I'm in the midst of reading Butler Bass. She tries to bring together spirituality and religion and attempts to avoid the Scylla of institutional religion on one hand and the Charibdis of individualistic spirituality on the other. She notes two surveys 10 years apart and develops her thoughts from the decrease in 'religion alone' and an increase in 'both religious and spiritual'. She sees this change as hopeful.
