I.  THE CONTEXT

     4.  Time to do more than work on old files
B.  Background and history
    1.  always a component of assemblies.  Example. 1971 included daily office, psalm conversations, Luke, perhaps,
    2.  Indirect, visceral (human) aspect of the research. Supportive atmosphere for the work
    3.  Not just research, taking a movement on a journey, developing competences, both in participants and in priory. Enable participants to be the change.
    4.   Reflects NSV / NRM, on behalf of, more recently, Wilber, et. Al. Four quadrants.

 IIa.  THE COMPONENTS ( historically)
A.  A theme, coming out of an Analysis of times, the year, mood, what is going on in the deeps?
B.  Spirit edge work. Talks, experimental exercises, collective work
C.  Corporate life. Rituals, rites, singing, etc
D.  Surrounding ambiance. Decor, themes, background.  Pervades the work
IIb.  THE COMPONENTS THIS TIME AROUND
A.  Current signs and trends in the human spirit, fears
B.  The emergent self understanding of the spirit movement today / the story of the ICA family. Terry’s 4 x 4
C.  Focus on the expanding rings of those who this is for:  participants, watchers, the Ica family and associates, larger movement, blessed unrest, last fat lady
D.  Low key and compelling, face to face and online, all ages,
III.  THE TEAM
A.  Small focus group
B.  reach out to some colleague / mentors.  Interest. Mary D’Souza, Walt Kargus, michael May, Ellen Howie, to ask:  Stocks, Rob Work, Jan Sanders, Larry Ward, Bill Parker, Marilyn Crocker, some younger persons.  ask around, somehow representative, in space and time
C.  Current sources in the culture
D.  Infuse through all work groups, on site spaces, tech team and websites
IV.  THE PURPOSE
A.  Impel the GARA work, focus, courage, patience, relevance
B.  Buttermilk Biscuit challenge.  Finding, now, what gives shy persons the strength to stand up and do what needs to be done?
C.  Connect with, explore contemporary relevance of historic work and study by the family
D.  Set out a pathway ahead, that attracts people, with a group to move it.
