First time I have seen someone working to describe organizations at a higher level of development than a success / achievement orientation. Gives images of how to move beyond wobbling between Heirarchical structures and participatory consensus approaches. Brings a contemporary context to some of the basic insights and visions that set ToP methods and ICA in motion back in the 20th Century. Would that we had similar examples for communities, congregations, and households . . .
