2.3 Self Management Processes

THIS WEEK’S CALL Tuesday, 6/10/2014 6 pm Arizona Time.
Six of us talked through Performance Management (team and individual), Dismissals, Compensation and incentives and the Summary / 4 misperceptions. Isobel Bishop joined us for the first time from Australia, Dick West and Larry Philbrook from Taipei, Marissa Theissen and Jim Wiegel from the Phoenix metropolitan area. We described for each other our neighborhoods and talked a bit about what we’ve been stewing on in relation to Reinventing Organizations. We jumped right in and the conversation was interesting enough that Jim forgot to record the conversation until about half way through. Sorry. You can listen in here.

Next week: We are moving on to the second breakthrough of Teal organizations: Striving for Wholeness, Chapters 2.4 General Practices and 2.5 HR Practices. We will save time at the end to plot a course through the next couple of months. Join us, if you can.

I am looking for someone who would be interested to organize and host these calls starting in late June. I am going to be on the road and may not have easy access. Also, those of you who have not made the calls, let us know how to support you.
